What's Included

  • Duration: 1.5 hours
  • Your professional dance instructor will take you through a warm up routine before showing you all the moves of your chosen dance style.
  • Recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear i.e. gym shorts, vests, leggings, trainers. (high heels too if the dance theme requires it)
  • Groups are encouraged to dress up in the theme of the event but this is not a necessity……only if you want to!

  • Photographic ID may be requested
  • All participants must be in good health and dance events are not recommended if pregnant. If in doubt please just ask us
  • Dance classes take place in city centre bars, clubs and studios. You will have privacy as well as access to the bar in the licensed venue. You can bring your own drinks/alcohol to the private dance studios.
